My mom called me at work yesterday to tell me she was having a problem with her computer. A few minutes of troubleshooting uncovered out-of-date mouse drivers - she purchased a Microsoft laser mouse but didn't install the software. So I'm trying to help her download the drivers and I ask her if she can turn the mouse over and read the make and model.
"No, I can't read it"
"Then put your glasses on, Mom"
"No, that's not it. There's a red light in my eyes - I can't see."
