In Flint, Michigan today they started their enforcement of the "sagging pants" laws. Basically you can be jailed for sagging your pants. If any ass or crack shows, it's indecent exposure. If your entire boxers show, it's disorderly conduct and if some show it's a warning.

I say good riddance based purely on the fact the entire look is retarded. It's harsh but I don't live near Flint, so it doesn't effect me.

Anyway, has this happened anywhere else, and what're your thoughts on it?

If we combined this thread and the Jesse Helms thread, it could be very interesting....

I sag sometimes. Sometimes I dress neat. Its what I want to do and I am not hurting anyone. If they don't like it then they should be looking. Freedom of expression.

Ok, can we put a weight limit on it? I think that's more what I'm getting at... I don't often enjoy what I see.

Oh well I agree totally there. I say 125-135 tops. You get a gold star for that.

Sometimes I stroll naked through the garden while listening to MMJ.

They should do something about muffin tops too.

I don't agree with the law. Let people look like trash if they choose to look like trash.

I can see if ass shows, but just for boxers? WTF? What's next, banning articles of clothing for being the wrong color?

Ma'am, your son is going away for a long time. His socks don't match.

The city of Dallas' brilliant plan to rid the streets of sagging was this brilliant billboard...

Makes perfect sense to send men who wear their pants sagging to jail, where they can find out first hand what started the fashion trend.
