The Emmy Nominations are being announced today at 830AM EST.
I'm mostly rooting for lots of Office nominations. Last year, Steve Carrell, Jenna Fischer, and Rainn Wilson all made it in, but John Krasinski was left out. I'm hoping he can get in this year, as he had an excellent season.
I'd also like to see some love for Dexter and Michael C. Hall, and no love at all for the awful Two and a Half Men, which Emmy voters seem to think is a great show.

I have realy soured on the Emmy's since it turned into a Soprano's love fest.
Until they find a way to seperate the cable shows from the network shows I will have passing interest at best

I don't think they should separate the cable shows. They should just stop being retarded about their nomination selections. I mean, I get that people love Entourage, but Kevin Dillon gets a nomination over John Krasinski? Bullshit.

I lost it when they had all nominees one year from like cancelled shows and the like.

Entourage is great. have you seen Kevin Dillon or Jeremy Piven in the show? They're great. Two and a Half Men is pretty good too.

I find it fascinating there's any interest at all in actors fawing over themselves at these awards events.

I lost it when I stopped watching network television a decade or so ago.

I don't watch the award shows, I just wanted to express my opinion on a couple of shows/actors mentioned. :) I don't watch new episodes of Two and a Half Men... I just watch it in syndication and find it funny enough to keep it on the channel.

I like Piven, but Dillon? There is no way in hell he is better than Krasinski.
Two and a Half Men is pretty good too.
No.

Glad "Mad Men: is being recognized. It's a great time for basic cable shows (and not just the HBO/SHO shows).
I'm also REALLY pleased that "30 Rock" and "Pushing Daisies" got recognized as they did. Especially "Pushing Daisies"! I love that show!

Pulling for Jon Hamm.

Hamm is very good, but Michael C. Hall completely dominates that category. It was a joke that he didn't even get nominated last year, so hopefully he wins this time around.

Still pulling for Hamm.
P.S. I've never seen Madmen or Dexter. Hamm's a good guy though.

30 Rock is awesome. It's great that it set an all-time record for nominations of a comedy. Everyone should check it out if you haven't already.
