Been getting request for updating to Windows XP Service Pack 3. Haven't seen any talk about its stability or problems and nothing from a search here.

Have people downloaded it? Any reason not to do so at this point?

Yep. Nope. (AFAIK. No problems here)

It's such a minor service pack in what it adds that it's highly unlikely you'll notice the difference.

No problems here either. As usual, of course, I applied the patch with some trepidation. :D

Yes I downloaded, was apprehensive and held back for a while, but finally installed it. Didn't cause any problems.

Mind you I also downloaded an updated mouse driver from Microsoft update and after installation my mouse pointer floats around the screen like a goldfish in a bowl with little attention to my promptings. Fortunately a spare usb mouse I had works fine

Installed SP3, and though I'm not sure it's 100% related, I've had some issues with Firefox's bookmarks seemingly disappearing recently. It also loses my complete internet history as well. The only way to get Firefox "back" is to reboot or to logout and then log back in to Windows. Not sure why it does it, but it's wholeheartedly annoying.

I've had it for a while. About two weeks ago I started having issues with my outlook restarting when I would close the program. I downloaded a service pack 3 update for Office and it works fine now. No other issues.
