Research Request - Retrosheet

Admittedly out of left field (pun intended), but I'm trying to do some research using Retrosheet data and I'm having some difficulty. I'm using the player/pitcher's age in the algorithm and cannot for the life of me find birthdate or age info for the Retrosheet IDs listed in their database. The only thing I can find on the site is the ID and major league debut (which doesn't help).

Anyone have this info or know where I can find it?
