Here's a posting from an owner in the MP league I run (http://www.snowballhidalgo.com):

I've had a few minor problems with recent updates - the main thing that I've noticed is that any changes I make to the adjustments screens don't seem to 'take' (in that I upload a file with changes to the adjustments screen, but the old values appear in the adjustments screen when I get the new turn file). Other changes (e.g. to rosters and depth charts) seem to work OK.
Is anyone else seeing this issue? A couple of other owners have complained that their game plan changes aren't being recognized either.

They almost surely have a file that they shouldn't have. Tell them to delete {leaguename}.fpn from their "leagues" folder.

And tell the commish that he needs to remove that file from some zip file where it's sitting on the server for new owners to download. ;) (Generally that's how owners end up getting that file.)

I'll try that. Thanks Ben.

Is there a list somewhere with files we're supposed to have? I don't have a .fpn, and I'm having some trouble with this stuff.

Particuallary, the check marks for depth chart stuff dissapears every export.

If you're on Vista, check the Vista FAQ for how to make sure you can write to the FOF directory.

I don't think the check marks for the depth chart stick from one session to another. I wish they did...

They do in SP, and I'm pretty sure they did in my previous MP install.

I'm also having other issues with game plans (punting on 4th down with 10 seconds left in the half, at less than my minimum end of half fg distance) so I'm pretty sure my gameplans aren't working correctly.

My checkmarks have never returned after any given export. Yeah, it sucks.

They do stick around in SP, but only until you close FoF or open a new SP file.

NOTE: You can catch participants up by sending them league files from
your leagues directory, but do not send them the following files under
any condition: LEAGUEID.fpn, LEAGUEID.fmm and LEAGUEID.fmk.

Though, I can't find where it says which files the commish does need to send to the owners.

The help only tells about the city names and nicknames (+ city affiliations):
The commissioner should take the frfoot.fni file from the universe directory in his installation and distribute it to the league. League members should place this file in their universe directories. This will replace any changes they have made on their own, both for single-player games and multi-player games.
The commissioner should take the frfoot.fcy file from the universe directory in his installation and distribute it to the league. League members should place this file in their universe directories. This will replace any changes they have made on their own, both for single-player games and multi-player games.

I think we send them all other files besides the ones specifically called out.
