Rolling Back A MP Stage

Lets say you flubbed a stage after you've saved and exported. Is there a way to go back to before the stage and resim it?

I could of sworn it was a more difficult process then just overwriting with the old files. Man, sometimes I feel like a goof.

Sure, you just restore the backup you made before running the stage, then run it again.
