Hoping some of you guys might be able to take a minute and help me figure something out. First off I'm trying to decide on a website for something I've been kicking around since I moved to Orange, CA.

First anyone know what someone from Orange would be called? Orangian?

Next I'm trying to think of what sounds better of those that I've like so far for a domain. It's going to be eventually be a blog / message board for people that live in the city (I think, or I might just write about our experiences in the city).

welcometoorange.com
liveinorange.org/net
orangeherald.com
orangeian.com

Concentrated-Orange.com
bright-orange.org
orangesocal.com

?

Only reason I ask here is because I actually like comments form the peanut gallery here and you guys are usually pretty helpful. :)

I'd encourage you not to get a domain with hypens in it. And make sure it's a dotcom. And don't get anything too long or no one is going to bother to type it in and remember it as you're getting started up.

The name ought to make it easy for people to know what they're coming there for, unless you've got a marketing budget, it'll all be viral and word of mouth marketing and so, you'll want to think about a name that makes it easy for people to find it and to remember it, as you tell them to go there.

Yeah, that's how I came up with my EatInOC.com one that sort of fell in my lap I just thought of it and it wasn't taken and scooped it up. The word orange is a pain in the ass though. :)

Got some more.
