Just saw this one on an Israeli news site:
The Palestinians agreed Tuesday to give Israel the entire West Bank. The settlement was reached after the US announced its intention to divide Iraq into three new states. The Palestinian state of Palestine will be drawn along the border between Iraq and Jordan. A second state, Kurdistan will make up the Northern part of Iraq. It will share a border with Iraq, Palestine, Syria, Turkey and Iran. Iraq will hold the remainder of the land, including key cities Baghdad, Basrah, and the port at Umm Qasr. The Palestinians also agreed to return Gaza to Egyptian rule, in an effort to avoid split land. The agreement also calls for Palestine to have full diplomatic relations with Israel. Kurdistan and Iraq have agreed to the deal, but will not offer full relations with Israel at this time. The agreement doesn't impact the Golan Heights, which is occupied by Israel and which Syria maintains interest in.
