GEFL Down- MySQL overload

The GEFL's MySQL database has been suspended due to what they are calling an overload. I have been on the phone with them most of the morning.

I do not know if it's related to the draft utility or not.

I finally got them to agree to unlock it. Hopefully I should have it back up and running shortly.

The database is back up.

I deleted the utility from the server and the site has gone back to good 'operational' status.
