only seeing 2 pages of posts

why are there only 2 pages of posts? Do older posts get deleted or archived somewhere automatically when they are pushed out of the 2-page limits? How do I browse all the archived posts?

Scroll down to Display Options on the bottom of the first page where says From The, click the box next to it and then click on Beginning.
