My mother in law went in for major back surgery last week and is having complications with blood clotting. She's gone from stable to worse this morning and they don't think she is going to make it.

Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Thank you all again.. keep them coming.. she's still not breathing on her own, but the hemotolagist? is thinking she might have some sort of blood disease and they are running a test to see if the treatment they had her on was not correct and they just switched to something else.

It's something at least...

She passed away at 10:18 tonight and I will dearly miss her. :(

I had to come home to get some sleep and my wife and kids are going to stay with their father/grandpa.

I cannot believe that just last week she was at our daughter's soccer game and tonight, she's gone.

Really appreciate all the thoughts and prayers.

Reading all these posts really has lifted me up after another long, hard day.

I had to leave my wife and her family tonight once they broke the pictures out, I just can't bear another night like last night.

I have never been in a hospital room where they decided to pull the medication and take someone off life support and even though they turned the monitor that had her pulse/blood pressure, I watched as it went from 51 bpm down slowly to 25 and then to 0. It was the most surreal moment I have ever had in my 38 years of life.

Please, hug your loved ones tonight. :(
