Fox Soccer Channel Wins EPL Rights On US TV for 2010-2013 | EPL Talk (http://www.epltalk.com/fox-soccer-channel-wins-epl-rights-on-us-tv-for-2010-2013/12220)

Likely means that the premier games will be on FSC, with some games being sublicensed out to Setanta and ESPN, but as things stand, Fox Soccer International has the rights to all 380 games

IIRC, they are going HD in 2010.

Yes, after seeing a couple of EPL games in HD on ESPN2... FSC really needs to go HD. It's just so much better, especially for soccer since you can see so much more of the field in HD it really does help you follow the game better.

Not sure yet. I think the writing is on the wall for Setanta though. With ESPN having jumped into the EPL sweepstakes, it seems like they could perhaps sublicense a few more games from FSC and Setanta would be completely out in the cold.

So... to answer your question... maybe?

only games i miss from Setanta is the SPL :( After they dumped Eredevisie and Ligue 1, i got rid of them

Um.. Setanta's had Ligue 1, other then like the first four weeks of last year.

I assume the six games waiting for me on my DVR aren't THAT old ;)

Good news for me since FSC is part of the Directv sports package and Setanta is premium. Will be nice to see all the top matches now while Hull City and Wolves get relegated to Setanta.
