After much turn over the Team Spirit is SHOT! The players don't know if they are the next to go. Even the Coaches were bagged!!!

However, I found a Clown Coach who should raise that Spirit fast! He's very popular and a solid leader, everything you want in a coach! His name: Nun-Hel Kwon... He has selected an assistant coach named, Joong-Yang Shin. He's more defensive minded that Kwon. Hopefully they will balance each other out. Despite the coaching change the Team Spirit wouldn't go up yet.

We still have a few 20 year olds on the team that will need to be replaced asap.

We have a 20 year old forward, Jinwook Huh. Bath Jung is almost to his level, and we have others moving up in the rank. We are hoping Jung can learn from Huh in a few games when we pass Huh up to tha national team (if needed). We have valid replacements in the wings, we'll just see how their training goes for now.

We have 2 20 year old midfielders left. 1 could play winger towards middle (to cover for our lack of wingers). We really could use a solid playmaking/solid passing or excellent playmaker that is 17-19 though. I picked up Yi as a backup, but we could do better here.

We have 1 true winger on the team. FIND ME A WINGER TRAINER AND GET HIM A SOUTH KOREAN TRAINEE!!!

As for defenders, we lost a few to inactive teams, so even TeamJULOP's defender got called up for backup duty (just playin' with ya bro). I found another freak defender on a team, but the owner has gone inactive. I'll try to get him released from the team, he's a freak of nature! We do have 1 20 year old defender, but I think the National Team could use him and since this is the National Team's Cup year, I'm obligated to give him up. He is also currently the captain on the team due to most experience and his decent leadership.

Keepers... we have 3 and 1 is hurt. We have really good keepers, but is a 17 year old solid is pulled, I'd probably make him 4th, or even 3rd string to prepare for the Cup after my term.

I am going to run a new formation this Friday due to our holes and strengths in certain areas. This probably won't be the formation I run with all year. I'm hopeing we can fill our holes! Interesting enough, as JULOP said earlier: This week we play against Slovenia, which one of my team's players is going to play. I certainly hope South Korea wins... hopefully we can start this season off right, however, due to the Team Spirit this will be a tough game to win.

Very interesting, I wonder if winger training will ever have the market some people are talking about over on the hattrick boards?

It would, if Wing backs got the same amout of training as the wingers.

We have a defender for sale... I can't afford him. Go look in SK's transfer list.

I'm probably going to just do one term... that's how it should be, unless there isn't anyone that is qualified enough to do it.

hee hee JULOP... ha!

Well we lost our first game, but our Team Spirit was at "Like the Cold War" so I had to do a PIC and try to get the TS up. So we had that double whammy. Despite that, SK had it's best stats (other than midfield, of course) ever!

RATINGS

U-20 Slovenia
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: weak
Right Side Defence: outstanding
Central Defence: excellent
Left Side Defence: excellent
Right Side Attack: excellent
Central Attack: formidable
Left Side Attack: formidable

U-20 South Korea
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: wretched
Right Side Defence: outstanding
Central Defence: excellent
Left Side Defence: formidable
Right Side Attack: solid
Central Attack: supernatural
Left Side Attack: outstanding

I think the score was a bit over done: 5-1 loss. SK's D was better than their attack and SK's attack was better than their D. Oh well... this week we play Wales. They also have the advantage in TS, but once we get up there... SK will start turning heads. I've got this country turning around...

I almost had my Keeper on the U-20 Slov. squad last year.

Better luck next game.

Wow- you need some South Korean middies with that wretched rating there.

actually, the Team spirit is the reason it was so low.
Though we coud use another excellent middie...
