I ordered a online subscription to The Record (Bergen County, New Jersey) newspaper 3 months ago and they said all tranactions will be processed within 48 hours. I called the toll free number and everything and cannot get through. This is the worst customer service ever and they suck suck suck and suck. Do not go to www.northjersey.com (http://www.northjersey.com) because they don't care about the customers at all. I had to subscribe to the Star-Ledger (Newark, NJ) online edition. I am writing an e-mail everyday now telling about how they suck. I hope they go bankrupt tomorrow.
