Fastforward to July 18th!!!!!
After at least 3 different diet failures, I think I have got the basics of this Diet down
Going to drop all the spins little spins and angles I was trying to use to motivate me and simply just do the damn diet and exercise routine.
This will be the Velocity Diet meets the HCG Diet; with my 3 exercises per day routine thrown in to supercharge the metabolism.

I know the V8 Fusion is a No/No, but I feel a little bit more healthy getting some actual fruits and vegetables everyday.
I make myself drink 6 cold 16.9oz of bottle water every day. This does not count anything that I regularly drink throughout the day.
I drink my Creatine/Whey mix while I am working out.
Keeping everything above these levels with supplements, for 230lbs.

This Diet has gotten completely screwed up. LAst week I burned all my festival Days and now all I have left is my VD Days.
Well, that and 10 additional pounds.
And, to help with my concentration, I have also decided to give up PORN for the next 34 days as well.
