Wow- that is pretty neat.

Sorry, JiMGA. Not only do you have issues with idiot customers but now you'll have to deal with dopes who think they can do it themselves and don't understand why they're not getting the results they want.

Oddly enough it's the second time I've seen this link in the past week, but the Google thing has been around for a good while.

Heck, I've played around with it myself & would love to see it work in the most general sense because anything that reduces the amount of time I have to spend dealing with even network level sales reps is a good thing for me. If we could automate 95% of the process I'd be a much happier camper.

Of course whether someone who knows what they're doing can use it effectively vs someone who hasn't got the foggiest idea what they're doing but "by God Martha we're on the TV, we'll do sum bidness now" ... well, you get the idea ;)
