I find myself singing this all the time, it's annoying but hilarious at the same time.

My whole family randomly sings this song at times.

Apparently I either watch the wrong TV shows or listen to the wrong radio stations. I haven't the foggiest idea what anyone in this thread is talking about (except CW and TK).

This has become my son's #1 lullabye. I started singing it to him a few weeks ago b/c it annoyed my wife and it would always make him laugh. Now, when he gets stirred up, she sings it to him and he calms down.

It probably is regional demographics? Pittsburgh and youngstown have high Catholic concentrations(it is Lent). John lives in the Protestant south, and you must just get different McDonalds ads.

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out...

I don't think this is strictly based on the Catholic/Lent thing, because we have a high concentration of Catholics in this area and I've never seen this until tonight.

You can't avoid it on the radio.

I haven't listened to anything but XM for several years. I still haven't even set local AM or FM channels on my car radio since I moved here 4 years ago.

I can tell you all about M-tabs and how to get an invention patented, though.

It's their ringtone page.

Dola - we've been watching Jeopardy! recently, and the Give Me That Fish commercial shows up every night, I think right before Final Jeopardy. My kids make us stop fast-forwarding to watch it.

Oh, they also have the fish on sale for $19.99 (CVS, Fry's, etc).

The guy who wrote that song is like a modern pied piper--my son is absolutely obsessed with it, and so are his friends.

Yes, I can see how a kid could easily latch onto to an annoying jingle like that :) Akin to the "Move it" song from Madagascar.
