What is up with all these earthquakes? I don't remember so many earthquakes in such a short amount of time. Here's a list of "Major Earthquakes" this year, if I counted right, there have been 26 so far... yikes! Its the media darling though...the other year it was hurricanes, before that it was shark attacks...locusts are next

Lorena, as Foz posted, nothing more than usual. It's just the ever-increasing modes and pervasiveness of media communications (in knowing everything that's going on everywhere every single second) that creates the perception without perspective.
