Opening Multiplayer Games screen dropdown

Hi,
I have some teams listed on my Opening Multiplayer Games dropdown menu that I no longer use.
I would like to delete them to clean the list up.
I cannot figure out how to do this. Deleting that league from my FOF-leagues file did not work.
Please advise me.

You got to your leagues folder and delete the corresponding files with the name format LEAGUENAME.xxQ where xx is the number of your team in that league. The third character in the suffix should be the letter Q.
