Importing Alternate Draft File

I'm sure I'[m missing something easy here, but I need to know:

1) How do I import an Alternate Draft File. Is there a specific tab or button I need to look for?

2) When do I import it? I belive I read someone say that once Free Agency begins your too late.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Before you start Free Agency, there will be 2 buttons up top, one says Start Free Agency (or something like that)- other says Import Draft.
