TCY Document

I'm searching for an old document that was around that provided guidelines for time management in TCY... I once had it, but now can't find it and didn't find it in the archives. Anyone remember what I'm talking about or have it? I think it's been 5 years since I played, but I fired it up yesterday and realized there were a few bits of knowledge that are no longer at the tip of my brain...
