Being I'm playing my friendly next week in Sweeden, how much can I expect to pay for travel expenses?

$6K but some of that will be deferred by the extra fans you will draw. Did you do the smart thing and set up a home-and-home with him? That's the ideal with international friendlies.

$6000 so you'd better hope for a decent turnout. Just think, with
the 1k we got for out friendly, that's a 5k loss lol

You could be like me and illinifan... power challenge entire countries to come to your place each week. Of course hattrick had to limit challenges to 25

This was actually a challenge too me and I have no idea who it is, though I'm gonna try to set up a home and home. Not sure how well it will work being I'm not sure whether or not the guy speaks english.
Don't really care about a financial loss all that much though, thought it'd be good to take the team out of the country. That way it'll make it easier for the Shawn Kemp's of the team to avoid child support payments if they women can't speak english and don't know thier names.

I actually don't mind travelling sometimes. I have had some very profitable games against teams with a lot of supporters that are in a good mood. I would never travel to play someone who hasn't been on a big winning streak and brining in tons of fans.

I will have to play 133 friendlies at $1k attendance draw to get out of debt.

Best one I ever went to was a div IV German team. That match drew a crowd of over 5.5k.

I admit it, I am a "Friendly INTERNATIONAL Whore" ;) This week I visited Mexico, and Germany in hopes of a friendly. Sent out 25, had 2 declined (why would you decline a friendly?) and one accepted in a matter of about 2 hours.
