I would say that you probably paid a little too much for this players. He would be worth that if his passing was up a notch or if his age was 18. But on the bright side, it wasn't a huge overpayment. He's probably worth 30k.

Need some stamina for that guy, but not a bad snag as long as you're playing him at winger. I prefer to have wingers who can either play offense or defense, tho.

Wretched stamina and wretched passing are big minuses, but 38k for a young solid winger is decent buy if you train him.
