I play the #1 team in my series Sunday; I'm seriously outmanned, which is compounded by my having 3 players iffy or out due to injury/suspension. My one hope is that with him having a cup match this week, he'll MOTS that cup game.

Until, that is, I noticed he runs an unbalanced 3-5-2, always with the right defender removed. So what is the best way to attack this? Do I just move all my best players onto my left side? Do I also turn them "offensive"? Should I turn other players on the team defensive?

There's gotta be some way for me to exploit this. :)

Yes... make sure your best winger is on that side and offensive. Also put your best forward on that side... If you have a defender with playmaking and stamina, then set him as offensive as well.
You could also set your mid Towards the Wing, but I haven't played with that too much, but in theory he will help your wing attack and defense. Make sure he has some wing, playmaking and defensive stats. I've done this a few times in my game and it really helps due to the low defensive ratings on that side.
