Here is my coach.

Pedro Dixon
39 years, weak form, healthy
A inadequate coach who goes all out
A pleasant guy who is balanced and dishonest.
Has excellent experience and inadequate leadership ability

I dont really know much about coachs, I just know I can do better then this guy. My question is, if i fire my coah over and over again will I eventualy get a good coach? Also how does this affect the team ? Is it best to do this kind of change during the offseason or can i fire him anytime??

Thanks for any help.

You can do it anytime, and you will eventually get a good one. It may cost a ton of money though.

"A passable coach" would be better, "a solid coach" would be better still and is tops. This rating affects how long it takes for a player to improve a skill level via training.

If you fire your coach over and over you will EVENTUALLY get a good one, but some folks have stated they had to try 20,30, even 40 times or more to get a solid coach.

Firing your coach resets team spirit, team confidence, and supporter and sponser moods, if I'm not mistaken. It can be a good move after several losses in a row.

You can fire your coach anytime, but its better to wait when you can get the benefit of the mood resets if possible or needed, and when you have cash to burn because it can take several tries to get something better.

Long term the effect could be huge -- short term not so much.

The real goal of having a better coach is training players up more quickly. If you have 100K or more sitting around, I'd go ahead and try it. If not, the guy you have now is not that bad.

Just don't be like the guy that tried 1047 times to get a solid coach who goes all out.

Vex, I read about that team in the USA conference. Was down to something like 10,000,000 in debt after pulling coaches after coaches. Somebody recoommended him to sell his players to pay the debt, hilarious. Another guy said the guy had only 6 players left on his team...
