Staff Draft, Setting Values

I have a few questions....

- Looks like my confusion over the Staff Draft last season led to my Head Coach not getting his contract extended. If I want to try and keep him, what should I set the Draft value to for 'Head Coach'?

- My HC was the only good coach I had. If I want to go after all staff position, should I set them all to '100'?

- How do you guys set your weights?

If you want to keep a coach, you've got to extend him when he has exactly 1 year left in his deal. This screen comes up at the Staff Draft stage, before you go into the staff draft itself. Hope that helps! As for the rest, kind of a mystery to me too.
