Salary Cap Question

So I am new here and to the simulation game and had a question, can the salary cap for my team be edited? I want it to be more realistic since in the game I only have half of what the team has in the real world.

You can edit the cap to have a higher rate of increase. For example it's default set at increasing from 2.8-8m But you can set it to 9.9-10M

The game lacks carryover(maybe next version?) and carryover is how teams are so far under.

You can't edit the cap though.
