Even though I am playing well, I can't afford to PIC it for the final stretch of the season, I do however have a few places I need to MOTS.
My Team Spirit is at irritated, and my team confidence is wonderful.
Here is my current coach
A passable coach who is defensive minded
A pleasant guy who is balanced and dishonest.
Has passable experience and passable leadership abilities
It took me like 10 tries just to pull a passable.
What do you guys think? Would it be worth sacking this guy, sink myself into more debt to balance out the team spirit, so I can MOTS when needed?
Or just keep him?
Thanks

Could get expensive. Could get VERY expensive.

And expensive is what I can't afford now, I am in the hole, and I will get out after a couple of weeks, I just took a nasty hit firing some not needed staff.

I say keep him, passable is sufficient, your TS needs some help, I would say hire some Psych guys but your confidence id already so high, you may get an overconifidence hit in your next match.

Fire him, Go for the SOLID. IF you already got 10 pull invested whats a few more. It wil be worth it in the long run.

Passable is fine. Do not sink your self into further debt. It might take another 10 pulls (or more) before you even get another passable.

There is no reason for a new team indebt to go for solid. A solid will only make a trainee improve about 1 week quicker. Unless you are lucky, it isn't worth the cost.

what are the chances I'll find someone better then my current coach? I guess I lucked out because I've only had my team for about a month and I pulled this guy

Darrick Zamora (11961458)
38 years, wretched form, healthy
A weak coach who is defensive minded
A pleasant guy who is tranquil and honest.
Has brilliant experience and inadequate leadership abilities
The only thing really important is highlighted -- weak is not very good.
