For example... my Wingback, Marty Bartholomew is at weak form, but in the current match he has scored 2 goals... will his form go up?

If it does, it's not because of his performance.

Changes in form are random.

(Unless the player doesn't play in a game that week...then there's a greater chance for it to fall.)
