I bought a higher valued pass/pass for 41K (may reflect age, same form).

I have seen similar players go for a lot more on the U.S. market. (Easy to fix any mistake).

Depends on how bad you need him. I would go 45K (like the set pieces)

Edit: I didn't take in to account his age, and that scoring starts dropping first. Probably would have stayed lower unless I was going to resell him after one game.

Well, he went for more and I didn't throw my hat in. Thanks for the advice, guys. I missed out on a 29yo with nearly identical stats early this morning. He only went for $29K but I had to go to sleep
