View Full Version : Low Leadership + Low Personality = Possible Red Flag

In every single instance I've looked at, Red Flag players are in the lower end of the scale in both Leadership and Personality. That's not to say that all low-Leadership, low-Personality guys are Red Flags. However, it appears that all Red Flags have low ratings in those two categories. Anyone seeing anything different from this?

Upon reading this, I checked the free agents for red flag players and I actually found a FS that that had Fair Strength (33) for Personality. That being said it sure seems to be the exception to the rule. All others had Very Low (not just low) Leadership and Very Weak Personality.

Isn't a weak personality counterintuitive? The stronger the personality, the stronger the conflict/affinity with leaders, right?

Has anyone seen an instance of a guy getting the Red Flag later in his career, or does this only happen when rookie draftees are generated?

In my 19 years of playing, no one on my team became a Red Flag player.

In all the seasons I've run, not one of my players has turned into a red flagger.
