I wasn't sure if you've seen this or not. I am trying to resolve this problem ASAP. Is this something I should be contacting viatech (or whatever they are called) about?

I'm hearing it may be an issue with me reformatting my hard drive but never unliscencing the program. I simply reinstalled.

Certainly sounds like that is worth pursuing. If you don't unlicense, it might stand to reason that you end up with a licensing problem. I'd contact the elicense gang - they are often very helpful with such things.
