I would like to print the Scouting Report in Player Report for some of my players e.g. QB-Screen passes, Timing, Sense Rush etc. I mean each individual rating, not the Scouting Overview e.g. not 45/67.
Is there a way of doing this?

I want to compare the change in each individual skill attribute year-to-year.
I can track the general overview change in ratings using Change Tracker but I'm trying to find an easier way of tracking changes in individual skills, instead of using pen and paper.

I'm wondering, for example, how much a QB's Accuracy rating changes over time. Does this rating rise and fall with the increase/decrease in the Overview rating or do some individual ratings increase while the general overview declines, or vice-versa. Let's say a QB's general overview rating declines from 47/47 to 42/42. Does that mean all the individual ratings decline (e.g. Timing, Sense Rush etc.) or can most of the individual ratings decline but some may actually increase. I realize that most individual ratings must decline when the general overview ratings decline.

Or is there a means to export the Scouting Report to a csv file.

Or should I suggest that this be put on Jim's to-do list?

I just print the roster at the same point each year. Print it to a file if you don't like paper.

This has been long-requested. My extractor utility for 2k4 could do this (dump all those values to a CSV file you could use in Excel), but I have not yet updated it for 2k7 (on the list but backed up behind other features).

My Scouting Roster print just shows the overall attributes for each player e.g. 45/57.

I don't know how you're printing the Scouting Report for each individual attribute for each player, such as Timing or Route-Running.
