On the player info screen, what effects does intelligence and personality have?

The help file said that leadership effects team chemistry and popularity plays a role in fan attendance.

Does volitility effect whether a player has a super/sub par game vs. his expected level of performance?

AFAIK intelligence is linked with how quickly QBs learn new formations, and in general how quickly players develop

Volatility relates to how likely a guy is to boom/bust, but (again AFAIK) does not affect game to game performance
