A little subtle change in ratings in FOF2K7. Interestingly, the "short passes" ratings is still called "short passes" on the player card. However, when doing a "Recommend Player" search and attempting to sort by the same ratings, it is called "touch passing".

I think it's been a common complaint by some people asking why there are some quarterbacks with the ability to throw the deep ball but not be able to throw the short throw (obviously relating the ability in each category to passing arm strength). I think this is Jim's answer to why this is (and it makes perfect sense). There are quarterbacks out there with rocket arms, but who cannot complete a short pass for the life of them (like Brett Favre in his early years). It is because they lack "touch"

Once again, a small change in FOF that probably means nothing but makes a little more common sense in football terms.

Hate to break it to you RKG, but this was already the case in FOF2k4...
