Having never set ticket prices before, any general guidelines/thoughts for a first timer that would get me started in the right direction?

Unless you open a new stadium, don't try to move them too much at one time. You'll regret it. A good starting point is to look at a few games from the previous season, and see what seats were full, and what seats could use some more fans in them. Then adjust accordingly.

Might not be the case anymore, but in FOF 2k4 they automatically increased some each year.
