I think that the formations % choosen play a big factor in the plays ran by the computer AI when you sim games, so idecided to create and to share a chart with all the plays existing in FOF2k7 sorted by formation and by run/short/medium/long pass distance. That way, seing the plays that can be called by your head coach from every formation, you can decide the % that you want to assign to each formation in the gameplan.
Note: I guess most fo FOF fans underestand what the play's names means, else here are some examples:
RB 23 Blast: The Running Back runs inside the left guard (that is the hole number 3 counting from the left).
RB 25 smash: The Running Back runs inside the right tackle (that is the hole number 5 counting from the left) .
FL out 11, SE slant 7: The Flanker runs an out route to the sideline from nine to twelve yards as the primary receiver. The Tight End runs a slant (post) route from five to eight yards as the secondary receiver.
FL fly deep, FL2 out-15: The Flanker runs a fly route as far as possible as the primary receiver. The Flanker Two runs an out route to the sideline from 13 to 18 yards as the secondary receiver.
Here are some simple graphics i just draw to help those that doesn't know the routes names and running holes numbers:
