For the nickel personnel package, the recommend button places a reserve LCB (40/40) in the nickel CB position.
I have a reserve FS (52/52) that gets slotted in the dime package at the dime cornerback/safety position.
If I choose to place the FS (52/52) in the nickel package at the nickel CB position, will this FS be playing out of position and his effectiveness be decreased?
Does that position in the nickel package truly require a CB only? Or is it similar to the dime position where the depth chart says CB/S?
