City Editor & cities outside the US

I did a quick search and couldn't find anything about this. In the City Editor, any new cities you add must be placed in one of the 50 states. Is there any way to add foreign cities? I was hoping to add some Canadian cities and was wondering how I would go about doing that. I understand that I can put in the longitude and latitude and the weather info to geographically represent the new city. I was just wondering if I could avoid having something like Vancouver and putting it in the state of Washington.

Any help would be appreciated.

Nope. For WOOF we found states that were closest to the country and put it there. Also note that it appears that the LAT/LON should be in the northwestern quadrisphere(?). North longitude / west latitude (unless I have them reversed).
