FOF 6.1 Wont start?

Hi.. I have been away for a while and just now noticed FOF 6.1 was out... I uninstalled my current version and did a clean install of 6.1 and now when I click the icon to start the game, nothing happens... Never seen this happen before... Any help as to how to fix this problem is greatly appreciated..

Thanks SkyDog for the quick reply but I am using XP.... Really strang.. Never had any game do this including past FOF's.... Since the FOF site has no place to email or post questions for help, I am hoping Jim might see my post here and can help... Or anyone else please...

Do you have dual-monitors? In the past I had a problem with it popping up on the other screen. Okay, it wasn't a real problem, I had my 2nd monitor turned off...
