One of my starting Guards is out with 'severe depression'. He has been out all season and I have no idea when he is coming back or if he is more likely to just pull a Ricky Williams.
Has anybody had this 'injury' before, and if so what was the end result?

Are you the GM of Kansas City ? If so playing in Kansas would maybe explain it !!

He might come back next week. He might be out for the season.

No, but we do have to visit there once a year (playing as San Diego) so that could explain it.

My friggin stud 89/89 kicker just pulled this on my in the season I just finished. He thankfully came back 4 weeks later. Finding a kicker late in the season is a nightmare.

I haven't seen the depression injury in quite a while. It's even more annoying than turf toe.
IR him, let him get counseling and see what happens next year.

He eventually came back after about Week 11. The following season another one of my linemen went down with 'severe anxiety' for 12 weeks.
Seriously, what a bunch of emo hippies.
