As an English player of this fine game I could use some help with the statistical side of the game.

I feel I would enjoy the game alot more if I understood some of the 'weird' statistics that are available. To pick just one random example 'rzatt' what the buggery does that mean ?

An explanation for all the stats would be handy or even just a pointer to a website that could help would be very much apprecaited.

Great game and great forums btw. They have helped me greatly already. Good people all of you!

In gridiron football, we use the term "red zone" to describe when your offense is getting close to the opponent's goal line (usually inside their 20 yard line). RZAtt = Red Zone Attempts, and is just parsing out what your player did in those higher-pressure defenses. There's a school of thought that in the more compressed field, it becomes harder to fool a defense, and that red zone effectiveness calls on some additional skill to succeed than other situations.

There is a modestly useful help file in the game that gives at least the wording of any abbreviation used... but if you're not completely familiar with gridiron terminology, you may need to supplement that with some easy online research. Hope that helps.

LOL, plenty of us English lurking around here these days. I would have guessed from that sentence alone you were one of us!

The dream of having enough people to run a MP league with English towns is becoming closer!

Theres a reason Richmond, Norfolk, Birmingham, Manchester et al have logos included in the game...;)
