Short Passing/Touch Passing

Just noticed that there is no listing for current/future short passing in the "rank based on" dropdown on the scouting recommendations popup. Theres a category called Touch Passing instead, which looks like it actually uses the short passing rating.
Does anyone know if these are in fact the same thing?

Pretty certain that they are.

I just verified this SD. There is no short passing, but a Touch Passing is listed after screen and before medium. Interesting. I'd assume they are the same.

There is also not a 'Deep Passing', but a Very Long Passing.

Also, Scrambling Frequency is not there, but Desire to Scramble is.

I'm sure these all are equals, but the Touch and Short wording is really odd.
