What's your favorite part about the game?

I want to know what you guys like doing the most in this game. What I like the most is, next to it being the most realistic football game I've ever played, is rebuilding my team in the offseason. If I have a bad year, I always deem it to be not too bad because I can now rebuild my team and make the changes that are necessary to take my team to the championship.

The least I like about the game is strategizing against the current week's opponent. I don't exactly know why, maybe because I'm too lazy for that kind of stuff.
