Noob Multiplayer Confusion/Problem

I tried reading through the threads to see if this had happened to anyone else but didn't come across it. One of the players in my MP league does not seem to be able to update the file he sends me.According to him, he puts the files I send him into his league folder, loads the game, inputs his changes and then does an export stage file, which sends it to his export folder. But when he goes to his export folder, the file still has the old date on it and my game doesn't recognize it as a proper file for that stage when he sends it. Please Help! Thanks.

Had the same issue with my work notebook last week. He's on Vista, right? If he is, tell him to push the "Compatibility files" button, inside his export folder. The right file will magically appear.
