Moving draft picks?

Was wondering if it was possible to edit team's draft picks, once you have started a SP game? I have some player movements I want to do, but would like to give the other team some picks in exchange. Or can you move draft picks around any other way? Thanks

You have to offer a trade and they have to accept. I don't think there's any other way to do it.
