I've been waiting for a chance to really look into this. When you can use the trade window to look at a players bars in PDFA before camp and find one where they were really different. And I finally found such a case.

Here's a punter I signed in PDFA, his combine numbers look like this:
40: 4.72
Bench: 14
Agility: 7.61
BroadJump: 9ft 3in
Pos Drill: not conducted
Developed: 53%

Here are his Pre-Camp blue bars-

So his kicking power exceeds the blue bar by a good bit, and the rest are at the bottom of their range.

Admittedly, I don't know the ranges for a Punter to compare his combine with his ratings. I was just very interested to find one where the bars didn't line up.

Interesting, for me anyway, is that he came out a little lower than what he showed in the 'right click', yet, still higher in his kicking power. Also, note his current rating 57/57...and his exp is at 60%

All kidding aside, could it be that the top two blue bars for the punter are actually reversed (kicking power listed as hang time and v.v.)? There are lot of cases known about punters ending up with a higher kicking power bar than blue barred. And most of them have this low-high-low-whatever trend.

Hmm...that is an interesting theory and could very well be it.
