FOF 2001 Missing File

I've been playing FOF2k1 for a while now without any problems. I went to load it up tonight and I got an error - it said vtcpak24.dll is missing. I went and checked a few dll sites and I can;t find it online to d/l. Am I going to have to reinstall? Any ideas what the issue is and why it disappeared?

That's an old elicense file apparently. Perhaps you installed a newer elicense game and the old file was replaced. A reinstall is probably necessary, though that could goof up another game if my hypothesis is right.
