Hey guys, I was wondering what you guys valued in QBs ordering from most-least important and why...
I'm doing SP career, and have to stud WRs...

Now I cannot decide how best to get a QB to utilize those guys skills...
I'm thinking
1) Sense Rush
2) Accuracy
3) 3rd Down
4) 2 Minute
5) Timing/Read Defense
But honestly, I'm clueless...
Moreover, how much does personality play a part in on field performance? (High leadership = better at 2 minute drill?)

To be perfectly honest, you could get a scrub quarterback and have a Solecismic Bowl winning team with those two WR's.
A good rule of thumb is that you want any quarterback you start to have high skills in (1) Avoid Interceptions, and (2) Sense Rush.
After that, it really depends on the kind of offense you want to play. If you want to try a West Coast attack, look for Accuracy/Medium Passing/Short Passing (in that order). If you're looking for a Vertical Attack, then look for Long Passing/Deep Passing.
All of the other skills (Screen/3rd Down/Timing/Two Minute/Read Defense) are pretty much interchangable. I'm sure a player with high scores in those ratings will be a benefit, but am unsure how much of an impact they really have.

Well, I have to potential G studs, (both low 70s), and a converted FB at HB (65 potential from original low-80s... namely with even bars (breakout and s.t.o. are surprisingly high.)
We're in the 14th round, and I'm trying to decide if I should get a low-mid 50 potential rookie QB, or snag some old-vet tackles (mid-low50s)
Before I forget though...
Why is Emery only "89"?
He has 100s in everything that matters... shouldn't he at least be low-mid 90s?

Any other opinions?

Kick/Punt return ratings are factored into the overall rating for WR's.
Emery has voids in those categories which hurts his overall rating.

Something else that is also very important (at least to me it is) is the number of playbooks/formations your quarterback knows.
I think the way familiars work is that call a formation/play type too many times = defense gets more and more familiar with the play call hurting its chance of success.
The idea is the more formations you pass out of, the more evenly distributed your formations, and the less likely you'll earn familiars.
In SP, however, I find myself not too worried about familiars b/c AI tendencies on defense are relatively easy to exploit (IMO).

1. Sense rush
2. Avoid interceptions
3. Everything else
Medium passing, accuracy and read defense probably being most important to me in 3.
In a recent conversation amongst experienced successful players, opinion was unanimous as far as I recall, that sense rush and avoid interceptions were more important than everything else put together. The 2 account for roughly 65.453% of a QBs ability in my opinion.

How do you find/determine avoid ints?

As I recall solecismic score is based on intelligence plus hidden interception rating, so you can infer based on that. (ie low solecismic/high intelligence points to crappy interception rating)

This is the allocation draft though... Is it different?
There's no solecismic to look at...

Then you can't tell at all.
But really now, with those two WRs, you should just draft the best QB available at #3 and you should win at least four or five titles with no problem even if you used minsal rookies for your other 50 roster slots.

Except it's round 14... lol
I thought about that, but I felt it a little cheap. I was shooting more for being able to draft a QB next year... The draft was a little thin (read: old) at QB for my tastes...
There were some old heads milling around, but by round 3, there was only one yr 7 with alot of potential (30someting/75 that confused me, TBH) and a year 6 that didn't have enough 3rd down passing for my tastes...

...Crud...
Try to trade?
or chalk up the L and hope for the best in the next year's draft? (or even try to snag a young QB now? (14th round in draft))
